Band
Band is for students in grade 4 and 5. Band instruments include: Flute, Clarinet, Alto Saxophone, Trumpet, Trombone and Percussion (drums and xylophone). Registration for the band program starts at the beginning of the school year and runs through the end of September 21st. The band performs in many concerts during the school year for the public and for the students at school. Families must provide an instrument for their child to participate in the program. Welcome Back 5th grade band students!!
Students that played in the band program last year as 4th graders are now considered Advanced Band students. Before lessons can begin for the school year, students must turn in an Instrument Interest Form so that Mrs. Burd can create a lesson schedule based upon what instruments the students are playing this year. This form was handed out to students and you can also download and print the form by clicking the link below.
