Become a substitute teacher
Penn Hills School District has partnered with Kelly Education to provide day-to-day substitute teachers and instructional aides. Active PA teaching certificates, inactive certifications, or Act 86 for college students with 60-plus credits in education will be accepted. If you or someone you know holds a Bachelor's Degree, you are eligible for emergency certification.
