Step-by-Step Guide to Navigating Open Enrollment

Log In to Oracle Start by logging into your Oracle account at Oracle Login.

Access the Journeys Icon Once logged in, click on the 'Journeys' icon to find your open enrollment tasks.

Select Your Open Enrollment Journey Your open enrollment journey can be found under the 'Open' or 'Person' tabs. If these are not visible, navigate to 'My Tasks' at the bottom of your page, then to the 'Person' tab at the top.

Complete Tasks You will find several tasks to complete, ranging from reviewing plan changes to confirming your contact and emergency information. Each task must be completed to proceed to the next one.

Review Plan Changes: Familiarize yourself with any major updates to your benefits plan.

Contact Information: Update your address, phone numbers, and email.

Electing Your Benefits

Complete Your Enrollment: In the final task, elect your benefits by accessing the 'Complete My Open Enrollment' link, where you can review, modify, and confirm your selections.

Adding Dependents: If adding new dependents, provide their details including name, relationship, date of birth, and Social Security Number.

Make Changes to Elections: If necessary, adjust your benefit choices by editing each benefit type.
Finalizing Your Enrollment
After making all desired changes and additions, submit your choices. You will be directed to a confirmation page detailing your elected benefits and the associated costs per pay period.
Important Notes
- Ensure all dependent information is accurate and complete. Incomplete elections due to missing certification documents will need to be finalized by uploading the required documents under 'Document Records' in Oracle.
