Daycare Requests

All daycare requests must be submitted at the Transportation Change/Request Form below on or before August 1st to avoid possible delays. Please be advised that requests for daycare do not carry over from the previous school year.

To make a change in your child's daycare pick-up or drop-off, please complete the Transportation Change/Request Form.

The Penn Hills School District, as a courtesy, will work with families to provide pick-up and drop-off at licensed daycare centers located within the boundaries of our district. In this regard, we ask that you assist us in establishing and following a regular and structured schedule to facilitate monitoring by our staff.

Change in Address

Also, any change of building or address at anytime throughout the calendar year must be registered with the District.  Changes and proof of residency must be registered at the District School where each student is enrolled or would be enrolled (for charter and non-public schools).For your convenience the address and contact information is provided below:
