- Collaborate with educators to design and assess curricula, ensuring alignment with state standards and best practices in teaching and learning
- Analyze student performance data to inform instructional decision-making and drive continuous improvement in teaching strategies and assessment practices
John Zahorchak
Director of Operation / Chief Financial Officer
- Oversee the district's financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure fiscal responsibility and sustainability
- Manage operational functions, including facilities management, transportation, and maintenance, to support the district's educational mission
- Collaborate with the superintendent and school board to develop financial policies and strategies, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
