Dear Penn Hills High School Community, 

We are thrilled to celebrate the Class of 2025 this Friday evening! As we prepare to honor our incredible seniors, I want to share an important update regarding the location of the 6:30 p.m. Commencement Ceremony. Due to a forecast of inclement weather, the ceremony will be held indoors in the Penn Hills High School gymnasium. 

While we had hoped to celebrate under the evening sky, our priority remains ensuring a safe, meaningful, and joyful experience for our graduates and their families. We are confident that Friday evening will be an unforgettable occasion. 

The gymnasium will be filled with pride, excitement, and school spirit as we recognize the accomplishments of the Class of 2025. However, due to space limitations and to ensure everyone’s safety and comfort, admission is limited to guests with indoor gymnasium tickets (red wristbands). 

We understand this may be challenging for some families. To ensure everyone can take part in the celebration, the ceremony will be live-streamed and available for viewing at home. You can access the live stream using the link below:

Event Information 

ARRIVAL 
Doors open at 5:00 p.m. 
The ceremony begins at 6:30 p.m. 
Spectators may enter through: 

• Door #2 (front of building) 

• Door #10 (rear of building by the flagpole) 

TICKETS 
All guests ages 5 and up must have a red graduation wristband to enter. 
No additional tickets are available due to limited gymnasium capacity. 
Students under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. 

PARKING 
Available at: 

• Upper Lot (12200 Garland Drive) 

• Student Lot (12198 Harvard Drive) 

• Fralic Athletic Center (20 Valmartin Drive) 

• Handicap Parking (with pre-approved pass): Auxiliary Gym Lot (enter via 309 Collins Drive) 
  Curbside parking is limited. 

SHUTTLES 
Shuttles will begin running at 4:45 p.m. from all three lots: Garland, Harvard, and Valmartin. 

SECURITY & BAG POLICY 

• No bags allowed (only clutch wallets and medical/diaper bags permitted) 

• All guests will go through security screening 

• Prohibited: Balloons, large signs, noise makers 

• Umbrellas will be stored inside at designated areas 

OVERFLOW SEATING 
Overflow seating and a livestream will be available in the High School Auditorium. 
Red wristbands are still required to enter the building.
