November 30, 2023 - Deadline for Parent/Guardian Inquiries: The Department of Human Services (DHS) wants to remind parents and guardians that the deadline to contact the DHS Family P-EBT Support Center with any questions regarding their child's P-EBT benefits is rapidly approaching. If you have any inquiries, please don't hesitate to reach out. You can contact the DHS Family P-EBT Support Center at 877-343-0179 or online at http://www.pennebt.com/.
December 29, 2023 - Last Date for P-EBT School Helpdesk**: The P-EBT School Helpdesk, which has been assisting schools and the DHS with outstanding family P-EBT inquiries, will be open until December 29, 2023. After this date, the helpdesk will no longer be available for assistance. If you have any unresolved matters that require school input, please ensure that you contact the helpdesk before this date.
